Dr. Hon Keung YAU earned his BSc(Hons) in Communications Engineering at University of Kent at Canterbury, U.K. He earned his first degree in Computer Engineering at Queensland University of Technology. Then he got the second master degree in Engineering Management at Queensland University of Technology. Afterwards he earned the third master degree in Business Administration at Heriot-Watt University. Finally he got his PhD (Management) at the University of Queensland, Australia. Now he is working as an instructor in the Department of Systems Engineering and Engineering Management at City University of Hong Kong.

Professor Fairouz Kamareddine works as a Professor of Theoretical Computer Science in Heriot-Watt University in Scotland. Fairouz Kamareddine has been involved in a number of worldwide consultancy assignments, especially on education and research issues working for United Nations and the EU. Her research interest includes Interface of Mathematics, Logic and Computer Science. She has held numerous invited positions at universities worldwide. She has well over 100 published articles and a number of books. She has played leading roles in the development, administration, and implementation of interdisciplinary, international, and academic collaborations and networks.

Angela Maragopoulou is a technologist, an innovator and a big scaler. She has more than 20 years of Telecommunications industry expertise, with achievements in IoT product delivery and operation, Technology Operations, Enterprise Complex Solution Design, Enterprise Sales and Transformation. She has achieved dramatic adoption and innovative use case approach, for low-cost predictiveness and preventiveness as well as operational excellence with large-scale AI. She leads a 300+ team of engineers in 6 locations delivering and operating globally the Vodafone IoT and UCC portfolio. The Vodafone IoT growth has put the team into a challenging leadership position of massive industrialization needs but also in an innovation perspective unique globally. The Vodafone IoT product is the leader M2M product for the 5th year as per Gartner. In her free time she codes (loving python), she follows epochs of strangely training data sets and teaches girls to code. She believes in the hybrid human and Augmented Intelligence as well as a fully meshed world of connected devices and that IoT is the Killer 5G application.
