Blockchain

The first blockchain was conceptualized by a person or group of people known as Satoshi Nakamoto in 2008. It was implemented the following year by Nakamoto as a core component of the cryptocurrency bitcoin, where it serves as the public ledger for all transactions on the network Blockchain can be called the spine of the entire cryptocurrency system. Blockchain technology not only helps with the users perform transactions using crypto-currencies but also ensures the security and anonymity of the users involved.

A blockchain is a digitized, decentralized, public ledger of all cryptocurrency transactions. Constantly growing as ‘completed’ blocks are recorded and added to it in chronological order and cryptographic techniques; it allows market participants to keep track of digital currency transactions without central recordkeeping. Each node gets a copy of the blockchain, which is downloaded automatically. The main features of the blockchain are as follows:

  • Types of blockchains
  • Integration of AI with Blockchain
